If you don't use cheats it's quite hard to max out the cyberware and get good guns on permadeath specially, take some time to grind those euros and unlocking the Corpo guns for parts it costs couple thousands, and cyberware upgrades costs a lot, my last save i think i spent more than 30k or 40k and I'm still missing some V class ones, and making money is limited by the carry weight, you can't haul 50 Corpo guns to Lux without cheats, playing legit you can carry 3 guns and be overweight or run out of space on the inventory so you making like 2 k or less each trip to the merchant, you get the gist...
