question how does hack mini-game work and there away cheat on it?

Select a key from the left, move it around with wasd or arrow keys (idk i forgot) until it fits, and then press spacebar. If it doesn't fit, then try another key. There is currently no way to cheat that I know of. Don't forget the buttons - they help quite a bit

if you use cheat engine, you can set a hotkey to slow down time & give yourself ages to figure out how to slot the bars in

(it also makes shooting much easier)

Im not sure if thats the case for you, but I had that issue when I just ran off into the world and reached that location on my own instead of triggering the actual tutorial questline.
For me, said trigger was somewhere around the tunnel before the first actual enemy camp.
I cant tell you exactly how to fix it, only that if you didnt do any guided gun tutorial where you had to shoot people from a cliff, you propably ran past it.

i fixed it afterwards simply by starting a new game just forgot to mention it here, after i did that, the quests were popping up as intended which wasn't the case at first where i was aimlessly running around the map not knowing what i am supposed to do.
