I don't get the appeal of lip rings either. Another game a few days ago had a girl with 2 huge lip rings, unappealing and sending the message never want to be kissed. Some of these games just seem to go overboard with piercings or tattoos. Most of these will just be reflections of what the developers like, so it is what is it.
