Can you make it stay on one set of arrows? because as soon as I press an arrow key it changes to another set.

I think it's enough evil , and this is stat of the player. Do i need increase the stat?There are actions you can do to increase the evil, like stealing the fruit box, kicking the dog, pushing the girl or robbery in the shop, etc.
Once you do these actions a few times you have evil enough to ask Yuka for help, talk to her and select the help option and you're done.
PS: You can see the evil you have in the book next to your bed.

You have enough evil, do the following:
1º Go to the altar in the forest and interact with it.
2º I would have to get 20 evil, but in his case he has plenty.
3º Talk to Yuka and ask her for help.
4º Select the option start mission.
Those would be the steps to follow.
