Well if you look at

You have to buy it from a smuggler who is next to the tavern on days:
Monday, Wednesday and Sunday from 20:00-6:00.

Is there a particular reason why he isn't there every day?

I noticed for some quests (ex: the girl by the fountain that gets drugged)
that if I go to the target location the target is not there and I can't progress the quest that day.
I need to keep on coming back every day until they actually show up.

So I don't see why not, I'll put some events to repeat more days, like the girl in the park or the smuggler.
I'm going to do it right now and see how I can clarify the missions.

The remove clothing spell on the jogger breaks so instead of the arrow keys making the arrows to disappear so the spell works it instead moves the character around in the background.

It's a story event where you sleep multiple times (days go by) and if you have 20 points evil in the world (which is a new variable you can see in the spell book) you skip one of the new animations and one of the new girls.

After trying a lot I can't get the error you mention to come out, I've adjusted a few things so that in the next update that error will be corrected, thanks for informing me and for your comment.
