This enemy is in the "Castle"
To reach it you need to go to the 4th area "Fortress" and go to the room to the right of the initial room, there you will find another teleportation sphere:

The area is quite challenging, make sure you have good equipment, enough healing and a good level of strength vitality and stamina.
I recommend enough cures against the poison or directly the amulet that prevents the altered states!

It is "Demon's Sperm EN.EXE" that triggers the antivirus, disables real-time protection, extracts the game and deletes that program. It is a program that translates the game into English and from how it behaves it seems to access the memory by inserting its own code to change the displayed texts

I know this game is ancient history at this point but I'm working on a translation for it. I've figured out how to decompile it and recompile it so no more janky memory injection stuff. I should be done within a week at most.

Here's an English patch I made which translates everything including the settings. It does get detected as a virus for some reason but hopefully I will be able to fix that in a translation update. I've included instructions on how to apply the patches.
Edit 1: Fixed Game.xdelta patch.
Edit2: Adjusted text placement on save menu and in game status menu. Use the patch if you just downloaded the game and use the update if you've used my patch before.

Thanks for making a patch! I'm having some trouble applying it though. When I try to apply it to the game EXE I receive the error:
An error has occurred: xdelta3: target window checksum mismatch: XD3_INVALID_INPUT
Any suggestions as to what might be going wrong?

Yeah that was was my mistake. I patched the wrong exe which is why it doesn't work. Thanks for bringing it to my attention. I've edited my post and attached the fixed patch.

You have to redownload the patch if you haven't after my edit. I just tested it and it's working as expected on my end using the download from the mega.

Thanks for your translation, it's definitely more convenient than using the translator on your phone!
Patch applied without problems, however when I tried to apply it to the settings, DeltaPatcherLite gave an error because it did not recognize the characters 設定.
I just renamed it and everything works fine.
Just one detail:
As you can see the ":" character is superimposed on the statistics
Is this easily fixable or does touching the structure require more work?

I greatly appreciate the feedback. Honestly this is a simple fix of just adding more spaces assuming the numbers don't get any bigger in length. The in game menu isn't a big deal as there's lots of space to work with though in hindsight I should had made the stat names right aligned instead of left aligned. The real issue is the save menu.
As you can see there's only so much room to work with so sure a simple fix for those numbers could work but ultimately I think I will need to use a smaller font size. I'll play around with this later and see if I can get things to look better. If you have any other things you would like to mention it would be great as I know there's likely other things I missed.

Don't worry about this, it's the maximum limit, it doesn't go beyond that.

I've updated my post with translation v1.1. I was completely wrong and it was harder to adjust the format as everything but the equipment variables on that menu were formatted together.... Maybe there was a better way of doing it but it's really hard to figure out exactly what does what when the debugger doesn't really work and gives me gibberish even in locale emulator and the variable names are all numbers as such info was probably stripped during the original compilation process.
