It is not hard.
Though, address does change between exiting and opening a new game, so cheat table making may require some coding.
But if you just want to change number for once - pretty easy, at least in this game.
Follow next steps:
1. Open your game, load your save.
2. Open Cheat Engine.
3. Open game in Cheat Engine.
4. Look at sperm count.
5. Search for exact 4 Bytes value.
6. Insert your sperm count as Value to search (Exact Value).
7. Press "First Scan".
8. Kill some monster.
Likely, two addresses will change up to correct new sperm count (they are somehow interconnected).
If you found them, go to step 11.
If you are not sure, you can follow next steps:
9. Insert new sperm count value into "Value".
10. Press "Next Scan".
If you are still not sure, which values are correct, repeat from step 8.
11. Double click addresses you found - they will appear on the bottom of Cheat Engine.
12. At the bottom of Cheat Engine window, double click on "Value" column at address row you want to change.
13. Insert desired sperm count.
If you, like me, in this game will see two addresses, then one of them is not changeable (I think, that is an address for number to display), the other one is changeable (actually stored value). So don't be afraid if nothing changes - just try another one.
And also, sperm count is limited by roughly 100 mil (99 999 999) - if you try more, it will cut down to this value or reset to 0 (negative value will count as 0) (I think, reason for 99 999 999 max is in how number is displayed in game). But realistically, for comfortable playthrough you will need way less sperm for level up.
As far as I know, if you don't close the game (aka just go to menu and load any save), memory addresses for sperm count will stay the same, but if you close the game - then things will change. It is not hard to check yourself, anyway.
So, optional additional steps:
14. Return to Title.
15. Load your save (or any save where you want to change sperm count).
16. Change sperm count, as in steps 12-13.
My system warned me about this having a virus but I ignored it because it could've been a false positive. Not sure If it was this or some other game but both have since been deleted, one of them was a Trojan that held a crypto mining software. That stuff usually comes in a package so god knows what else is on my system. It's been slow ever since I ran the .exe of one of the games. Since this one gave me a warning, I'm going to bet it's this one. Y'all be careful.

Ah, I remember trying this one long ago and giving up instantly when I couldn't pass the very first long fall right after the very first save point lol
He HAD to copy the bad idea of binding running and dodging on the same key which just makes the dodge inconsistent and laggy...
Also what's with the game closing(even if it's out of focus) with escape another stupid idea.

- Firts, put off windows defender in real time before the download
- Extract the game with winrar without confirmation
- Delete Demon's Sperm EN.exe, and aply patch Game.xdelta to Demon's Sperm.exe to have the english translation
- And your windows defender or malwarebytes never found something wrong
(With this guide I don't pretend to offend or something else, only want to help with my experience)

I mean, this website has been really strict and aware on these virus things, so a translator patch being severely flagged is always bringing questions, while barely any other game does this on their translation patches, like, why does this one get flagged so hard? What exactly does the patch do that has the same behavior as a generic trojan?
