Face looks better, still a little lithe in his features but not bad, at least he doesn't look like the other 90% of HS protagonists,
And 5'9 (which he look to be) is the average height for men, but most AVN protagonists are taller. The height of the female family is throwing it off a bit too, but it can be alleviated by having some more girls who are not as Amazonian in height around too. I think it's something people could get used to eventually, especially as long as it becomes clear that he isn't a manlet, he just lives some tall ladies. We don't really see him next to anyone else in the prolog before the hanging attempt, and because without seeing the girls in the family next to other people for more perspective, it certainly makes it seem like he is just short as opposed to the girls in the family just being tall.
Edit: And just as a personal note, while I really like pregnancy and am excited about breeding the family, having a lady who is already pregnant isn't as appealing. But I can live with it, if we make sure all her future children are from the Mc,

Overall he is much better, the only thing for me is that he still look like he didn't eat or drink anything for some time, I don't know if this is how he will look like after the time skip or just the new base model to replace the old one, but i hope that he look more healthy after the time skip.
About his face, it looks like he hasn't been getting much sleep, but compared to the previous version, it's much better, also if this is after the time skip, it would be good to give him a new hair style to show that he's taking care of himself, and it would help give the impression that he's healthier, as I mentioned before.
As for his body, I didn't see many changes, besides his chest getting more muscular, but it would be nice if he looked more muscular, since he's going to have a harem of at least 7 women, it would make more sense if he was more muscular to be able to take care of them all, I know there's a tea that makes them have super stamina and libido, but even in the first game the MC could handle all the girls for some time sleeping with each of them every night, and sometimes more than one, so it would be hard to accept a skinny and malnourished guy sleeping with a bunch of women without running of stamina, even with the tea.
Finally, regarding his height, I've seen a lot of comments about this topic, some of which I think are valid, others not. In my opinion, the real problem was never his height, but rather the way the scenes were made.

This model change will be the one I'll be using after the time skip, and I think his face is just fine, with proper lighting and emotions he'll look good. I already added some muscle on him, but he'll grow even stronger as the story progresses. This is a story about a man fixing his life for the better, so I think seeing the change over time will be better, the MC needs to earn all his achievements.
And you are right about the height issue, I wanted the player to feel MC's frustration about his family's height even though he's a grown man, they still act like he's just a child and this is a story beat that's going to progress over time as well. He'll prove his worth and will gain his family's respect.

I agree with this overall, and I also think the stool wasn't necessary, and just added a bit to calling out the size difference when it was already clearly established, felt like a moment of overkill, so-to-speak. One thing about having the Mc be shorter than some of the girls is that it puts his head at the perfect height to have some fun with those boobies when the time comes,
Character growth is great, as long he grows. I think a part of the issue is also how other games handle things kind of setting people's expectations. Many games start with weak Mc's or Mc's that are at low points and then never actually have him grow into a more confidant and capable guy. So a lot of people now see an Mc at a low point and assume that it means this is a story that will do that too. I'm looking forward to seeing the character growth and development.
I'm not so sure about that one. I have plans for more, but I'll decide later if they're going to be main LI or side girls.

Speaking only for myself of course, if you mean side girls as in the Mc bangs them and they are only used for early sex scenes or something and then they disappear and don't have any kind of role in a harem ending and get left behind, then I'd just as soon not have them show up at all and have a scene or more time devoted to a main girl. Even a simple date with a main girl is better, in my mind, than a quick out of place sex scene with a random side girl who amounts to nothing.
But if by side girls you mean that they just don't get as much screen time as main girls, but still are part of the harem and loyal to the Mc, and have at least an appearance in the ending then that's fine. Not every girls needs to have the same amount of content and time devoted to them. I just hate when girls get left behind.
Side girls can be a double edge sword too, because we, as players, may not know who is and is not a side girl or main girl. Like, we can assume that family is all main girls, but any other girls? We may not know, and so I've see it before, where a dev makes a girl they plan to have a side girl (and even the kind with one scene and then she disappears) but the players feel for her and wanted more, so the dev upgrades her to a main girl (or at least not dismiss her completely from the story) or just loses people. This can especially happen if the side girl is very attractive and/or has a great early scene. Players often connect with a girl the Mc has such moments with early on because, well, she's already gotten scenes, the players and the Mc in the game have already been with her.
Anyway, rambling aside, those are just my thoughts I just wanted to share. Excited to see where everything goes,

And that for me was a really good thing that you did, because i really liked Imogen, specially when we go for the love route whit her, after that she grew up a lot in my opinion and interest, i wanted more of her? Yes, but can't say we didn't had enough of her, Freya, Cindy and Mr. Crawford on other hand, didn't had a proper time for them to develop more as characters as Imogen for example, Freya talks about her needing to take care of her nephews, but we don't see more of it neither is mentioned of what happened to them and this plot at the end of the game, Mr. Crawford only appears sometimes and after one time sex somehow she end up in not only a relationship with MC, but also pregnant of him, i would really liked to have seen this relationship grow, they interacting more with each other and etc. Cindy, even if we had so little of her, i think it somehow was enough. But another one who i really think who deserved more definitely was Sarah's Mother, but unfortunately that is already in the past.

I haven't finished the first game, but I read that the ending was bad, so that's not a good sign for any future project. In my opinion, a bad ending ruins the whole game.
The MC here looks horrible; he is short, scrawny, and looks like a drug addict. In comparison, the women are too tall.
It's a harem game, so the game needs multiple LIs, and we already see 6 of them in the banner. The dev already confirmed plans for more, but having too many girls is a thing even in a harem game, especially if they are too similar to each other or they suffer from the side girl curse.

I wouldn't say it was a bad ending, but instead wrong way to surprise the player at the end with a twist, but it doesn't end bad, we still get a good ending, but if really care about it, i recommend you wait until the next update of the first game where we will get more endings and a "new canon ending" where the dev will "fix" this ending, and i truly recommend you to test the first game, don't get totally based on others opinion, even the good ones, the game is a 50/50, either you will like it or not, but you will only find it, by playing. I personally speaking liked the first game because of the characters, how the story progressed and specially because was good playing, it wasn't boring like other games, so test it out, you might enjoy as well like me
About that, if it bothers you, i recommend you wait for at least the release of the 2° episode, because the dev will change the MC, make him better looking and better as character as well, it seems he will be one of those character who are a looser at the beginning of the story but becomes chad at the end xD, not saying that this one will necessary become one, but you get it, so when the episode 2 or even the 3° one comes out, you test the game, if you don't like it, thas ok.

Imo the MC isn't the only character with issues. For me every damn character in this game is ugly as sin, zero good looking LI's. Every single character in the first game would instantly be the best looking one in the second.

Both points i agree with you, but about the characters looking, i won't judge so fast until more of the game be released, but indeed is that they don't look so good as the first one "for now), maybe in the future updates, the dev will improve them like the MC, but for me they still look good enough too be enjoyable, it's not a thing that really bothers me,specially because I've played VNs with even worse designs and still like it, so this one it's like a 8/10 for me xD, but i don't judge who think otherwise.

The thing is, when the Dev needs to go back and add a "new" canon ending that shows that the original one was bad.
Even if he changes the MC a bit, he is still shorter than some of his family members, and let me tell you 2 things, in the last 20or so years I haven't met one woman that was taller than me, and I'm only 192cm tall plus I'm simply not attrackted to tall women and if I'm not attrackted to the main LIs in a game whats the point in playing it.
For the side girl thing, I tend to like some of them more than the main girls.

its a shota game in disguise, if you dont like small boys there is not much for you to get
If he is from a family of giants he should be one too or what the genese works for everyone but him WTF i would prefer if you make some of the family shorter or MC higher i like my tall mommys but when all the family are giants it loose the appeal is meh i really hope later you introduce some more small or normal size girls if not the game is gonna be boring i dont want to play as a dwarf in the NBA

Hey, I came across your idea, and I think it's an interesting starting point, but be careful with one thing: the premise that the main character has to "fix his life" to earn his family's respect is a very common narrative trap. It's easy for it to get boring.
The problem is that his motivation is 100% external, meaning it depends on what others think of him. If the main character kills himself to achieve things and his family keeps treating him the same, or the respect they give him feels fake, people will get frustrated. The audience might get tired of seeing a character striving for something that never arrives.
You also can't take too long to show the protagonist growing, both mentally and physically. If his physical growth (like the "height issue" you mentioned) and mental growth (like proving his worth) don't progress at a steady pace, some will get angry or disappointed. The story needs to show small shifts in his mindset and emotional state in every scene, so readers know both what's happening and why it matters. Without this kind of visible progress, players will feel cheated and lose interest in the story.
