I thought this game was amazing!
One of the first visual novel games where I read all the dialogue because the writing was compelling and perfect in length.
I thought the branching was really well planned too - I usually find these games dilute the story with so many options that have no real consequences and yet also often end up with one true path that has all the content.

I think I was clear enough about what I liked and disliked about your game. Please do not make me withdraw bonus points for proper English writing but improper English reading skills.
Since we're on F95 and your game has "poor" renders, it doesn't matter anyway : it has to be bad.
I raised a question on a forum that exists to discuss about games, and to react to other player discussions or feedback. Contrary to the characters of your own game, I didn't attack anyone for being who they are, or enjoying what they did : I am merely curious.
If you like, we can go further though, and discuss what you really think about lesbians. I would be equally curious about the position and the mindset of an author who belittles them in his game at every opportunity.
I'm so glad you came by to share your insight so that I could realize this, but you'll notice that I acknowledged the opinion of the majority of the people on this thread about the game.
Let me show you what really happened :
1/ poster A says she doesn't like the game
2/ poster B says poster A that she is wrong about not liking the game
3/ poster A seems to like the game again
4/ I arrive, read posts of A and B, and wonder what motivated A's change of mind. Everything she says seems quite contradictory to me.
Now I think it's a good thing that everyone has different opinions and is able to voice them too : you wouldn't be trying to stop me from continuing to do so, would you ?
PS: I didn't dislike your renders.
Well, of course it goes without saying that I don't want you to withdraw my bonus points. What would I do without my precious... precious bonus points?
This after threatening to take away my bonus points for lack of reading comprehension? Heh.

@Ryder77 I played through the two lesbian paths of eve (mean and nice), and I think my main problem was that for the most part the only differences between the scenes were the dialogue and other slight differences. There was like one unique scene in the mean eve playthrough aside from the ending. Then the ending for both routes was just a collage of images over some narration. I would have loved to see the ending images be used in actual scenes with dialogue. The premise was great, I'm glad I could do two lesbian only routes (I had to do one straight scene for mean eve though), it was nice to see some non vanilla lesbian action, but I just left it feeling like it wasn't enough. Probably because I was only interested in the lesbian scenes.

@Ryder77 caught up the last couple pages of the thread..you know all my feelings on the game and how i got the route and ending that made me happy playing the game even when i was mad..so your game was a success...and this thread proves it because people keep talking..positive and negative...which is another sign you did the game right..silence is failure..and this thread aint silent..lol..now on to why i'm really commenting now.
You stated you will not produce another game like this because you are not confident in your skills?..rendering?...to that i say PFFFFFTTT...your writing skills are what have the folks attached to the game..the renders are ..no offence..generic...the writing is your forte...SO in saying that..you have the talent to do another game..you just dont realize what that talent is ..WRITING!!!.

However, you are correct, the scenes themselves are largely the same. The payoff, such as it is, doesn't come until the epilogue.
My idea with the epilogue was to pull away a bit, get out of the MC's head, and have the scenes drift by in a dream like state over the music. Maybe I should have used some additional dialogue, or incorporated some earlier branching, but that was the approach I went with.
Some people really liked and preferred the lesbian content. Some people really disliked the lesbian content. Eve was a pretty divisive character.

Nope. I'm realistic about my "abilities" when it comes to rendering, but that's not why I have no plans to do another game of this type. One of the main reasons I did it in the first place was to see if I could do it and to learn how it's done. I feel I've accomplished both goals, at least to some degree. These games take a LOT of time to do. I don't really want to put that kind of time into a project unless I'm learning something new or trying something new.
I do have another game idea which I may try some day, but I don't want to do the same thing all over again.

How convenient of you to skip my second question, after white-knighting for someone who in my mind is mature enough to "defend" herself should I have attacked her, contrary to what you show in your game.
But keep answering with smilies, it sure gets your point through. Maybe should you consider using them for your next game, to make your story and characters as convincing? They would need it.
Well, yes, I thought the renders were fitting for someone's first game, especially since it has the story as its main effort since the beginning. This is not the general consensus on this site for most games. Not sure what surprises you in that.

I believe I was specifically addressing someone who was not the author with a question, then the author started to chime in with some accusations, to which I replied and I'm supposed to be the troll.the troll power is too strong in that one

the lesbian paths were finished in v0.9..but as i did not play other routes i do not know..i think a couple were still going.
