The only fear with this kind of game is that suddenly the dev decides that it's not optional and say something like: It was already in the game, don't complain.
Contrary to what some people seem to think, we are not making this game to purposefully fuck with players for some weird reason.
We're not having secret meetings where we high-five each other because we managed to lure people into seeing something they don't like after a couple of years. There are better ways to spend our time.

Any kink in the game so far is optional. Hell, even sex itself is optional. You can pretty much go through the game without getting your dick wet once.
So thinking that this will change purely based on a "yeah, but what if..." reasoning is something we can't argue against in any meaningful fashion at this point.
People have been yelling "the sky is falling!" every week for a good while now (it's almost a tradition at this point), and yet the sky is stubbornly staying in its place.

Because from what I read from several reviews, the game has a good story and good porn, taking out the sharing scenes that I don't like (for me obviously). And on top of that, it's relatively long, which most games here aren't lol. And I'm done playing all the games I had saved :(.
I wouldn't worry about that. One of the key features of the game is precisely that it does give you options. The devs are not going to change that and arbitrarily do a 180. Like you, I also do not like sharing, but I have no worry about being forced to see it, just like I am not worried about them forcing watersports, gore, etc. Imho, this is the top game on F95 and these devs know it is best to capture both audiences instead of just one. If you haven't tried DS yet, then I highly recommend it.

Because the solution is very simple, just turn it off and canonically it never happens.
As someone who isn't into all the sharing / raping / NTR tropes, having it optional is good enough for me, as i much prefer playing a good game skipping optional scenes than skipping it for a minor reason. Knowing it is hidden in the game will never be a big enough reason not to play and i even agree that some specific uses of those themes are some times justified. (Well not rape, but by some more easily offended peoples standards. For exemple, i will perfectly accept non exclusivity with prostitutes, side girls, etc) Having those scenes skippable are indeed a big bonus, but if not, that's what skip unseen text tab key is for.

The only thing i would change to make it better, for me, would be to be able to pick ALL the toggle options at the start of the game intro, where they ask you about gore. Choosing yes or no DOES impact on your own interpretation of the story as when the choice pop on your screen just before a scene, you KNOW those precise characters will be shared even though you will not see it. Having the choice at the game's start would do a better job obfuscating that aspect by keeping it "secret" which characters even have the option to participate.

Even if I'm not interested in some content, I love the fact that it exists in the game You guys are doing a great job so far giving players the ability to decide for themselves what kind of content they want to see.

Why are you saying it does happen if you choose not to? That's the same as saying if someone offers you a ride home and you say no and then you believe that you actually took the ride home with them. It is a choice to do something or not do something. If choose to not do something that doesn't mean the opposite happened.

That's on you to keep that in your imagination, thinking about it, believing it actually happened when it didn't. You can do that with any story or movie, doing a what if they actually did something they didn't do. Now, if you decide that in this game you're not going to share, but play the scene anyway just to see it, that's on you as well. Like it was stated before you can go through the game without it happening, ever.

I also don't get this argument, it's like complaining that there are different endings based on your choices in an RPG game.

I am not saying it happens. Miscommunication as a non native speaker i will say? All i wanted to say is, while the scene doesn't play or happens in your game, you still are aware via the yes/no toggle that the scene you are gonna get next has the possibility of having some/all characters non MC to be in a shared scene for those who chose yes. While you do not have it in your game, it still implies said characters (ain, emilia, the wife, the prisoners' lady and the raider girl) you now know are the girls getting shared, thus removing from the full non-sharing immersion. That is why i suggested for the non sharing enjoyers it would be better, imo, to have the non sharing choice at the start instead of the scene itself as to keep the identity of the shared girls hidden from those like me. I didn't care so much about knowing which girls "can" be shared if you so choose as to go full apeshit on the dev, i'm not that extreme, but would have found it more tasteful personally to just not know in my game.

I feel like we are getting into schrodinger's cat territory with this. We aren't in the multiverse theory whereby in some alternate reality an action is being taken right now by alternate Antherak that is opposite to what you are now doing (he isn't wanking to furry porn). No, it is just a visual novel with branches, that's all. If you choose to take an action or path then a result happens, if you choose not to take an action or path then that potential result does not happen and never did.

In life you are faced with this everyday. Just because an undesirable result to a choice exists doesn't mean you have to worry about it. Right now, you have all kinds of choices; you could choose to fart on a stranger, or send a pic of yourself teabagging a dead polar bear to Greta, or maybe send a thoughtful monetary gift to your pal Kellermann, but if you don't act on any of it then don't trouble yourself about what isn't even happening in your universe or playthrough.

How to share Zahara with Igor??
How can I enable sharing option?I have missed it somewhere..
You get the option when each scene rolls around—there isn't one single option at the start to either enable or disable it throughout the game.

There are two scenarios that I know of that prompt you to enable sharing. Whichever those scenarios comes first, what you choose there determines if sharing is enabled throughout the game. One is Igor's visit to Z's house and the other is with the Raider girl.

But even if you say yes to the first, you can still say no to the second, can't you?

I don't think so, but someone can correct me if I'm wrong. You will get the option the first time you come across a sharing scene. If you choose yes, future sharing scene options will be enabled and then each scene you can decide if you want to share or not.

But there is a master sharing variable that is used to determine if sharing is enabled.

EDIT: I'll try to clarify...

I understand and fully agree like i said. I was just expressing wishful thinking that i would have liked. The game is made how it's made and this late nothing will change and i'm ok with it. In a more mediocre game, i would just have run through, deleted it and moved on, but when i happen into a fantastic post apocalyptic fallout type setting with compelling story, banger music and interesting characters, my dislike of a kink gets pretty low like i've said i'm not the pitchfork and flames kinda guy. I much prefer having a good game like this one, be grateful that i can clic no and go on, than not have it. This is one of the games i follow and hope that it will be completed.

Speaking of, i've discovered this game only a few weeks ago and didn't even post my impressions yet. My 1st run, i picked limited violence (i had a game which the demon impregnates a girl, then rips her insides to get the baby) and since then, i'm always hesitant at first to pick extra violence options. Get home from the intro and right away the daughter tries to jump my bones. She seemed angry i told her no. I continue for 1o minutes to get a feel do the decayed mission and mostly get black screens when i picked the killing them option, then start reading the journal.

What a wonderful addition! I get an understanding of the world, figure out incest is a given and normal thing, read a bit about the factions, some which i didn't encounter yet then reset my game. This time, i go with gore on. I cannot tell anyone now to have it off. It is great. It is not overdone and add a fantastic additional depth and i feel you do miss a lot of context and great scenes by not having it enabled. Just as something i said a bit before with that mission at the decayed camp. Adding the hanging corpse, the butcher area and so on, such added atmosphere.

I mainly went the way of not killing everything that moves (except decayed, fuck those guys, can't wait for the clash with the old mentor to happen). I went the way of the positive progression and being generally helpful and protective to myself and my family while still being sarcastic to people i didn't like and to most of the factions. I'm a powerful MoFo, let them beg me for help.

As for the factions: I like the Queen, but told her to go fuck herself a few times and kindly reminded her i could fuck her brains out whenever i would choose to. The mutants are mainly ok, so neutral for me for now, but i will not let them raze the city and deprive my family of luxury. I try to negatively interact with the decayed when i can. I was neutral with the raiders too, but the sisters actually grew on me and really like their content. As for the hive, i did one of my only 2 save scum to see both ways before deciding. Either way, you loose a side character and have a scene. As much as everything told me the monsters were bad, i just loved the ambiance, the black and red flashing and that great scene with the mother, wow, will come back sign me in! I didn't like the wife's sister and husband and her kid arc. I see no reason to always remind her what she could never had and assume it will be and arc to culminates in cucking the looser husband? I was also disappointed that on the repeat nighttime scenes with your wife, you mainly just play with her and can't actually have just real sex with her. MC should also just buy another battery and go get back his old car and give it to Shani, else she gonna be walking ALOT. Trying to fix both my basement and fairy to grow my harem. My second save scum was with the mute sister at the end of the raiders portion as i was curious. Damn, i didn't expect the MC to be that brutal on what probably was the first time someone even just touched her, let alone defile her in a traumatic way. So i reloaded and will try and put her in my basement (as all pretty girls should go) as i wouldn't want her life to go from miserable to even more miserable by throwing her to the raiders. I hope we still will get some small Shani sidequests from time to time using the character swap function, like finding the zone stalker's wife and telling her that her family is dead.

I like the soundtrack. Not so much the arab/indian? theme ones, but the more rockish pieces the raiders have are bangers and the hive piece was candy. I wish the pictures of the save files were a bit bigger to more easily distinguish which scene you want to replay and a gallery would be nice.

Overall fantastic game, would recommend to anyone and is worth putting some things that are off putting to you to the side as it is not a big price to pay for a game with this quality.

That is my understanding. You will get a choice if you selected to share to share/not share each time there is the opportunity. If you had selected to not share the option just doesn't appear.

Pretty much, yes. I can't see mandatory sharing happen. It's a on open nerve for players.
