how can you trigger the shani+queen threesome scene? I only get the discussion scene without any sexual content.

there may be some content missing and there may be some bugs in beta version.
You probably have to have primed the queen to have the hots for you by groping her in the prison and fucking her slaves, based on the dialogue in the sex version of the scene.

I wouldn't, most likely using an out of date mod will not show the new content (game will end at the start of new content because of the out date mod). Also most walk through modders avoid putting out new updates at the beta stage of a title...they usually wait until the alpha or complete versions are released (at the beta stage code changes can still take place).
Also I use the 0x52_URM tool when ever there isn't a wt-mod available, I use this tool to see what's behind the story choices, or to see requirement checks. Just extract and place the 0x52_URM tool into your game folder.
When ever a choice or requirement check happens, a small box will appear in the top left hand corner of your screen. Just expand and review (show). It's not a walk through, but in most cases it can show a user more information (points, etc.)...as well it can be used for almost all other Ren'py created titles (also doesn't affect saves, and can be used alongside walk through mods).

You just have to explore room multiple times, turn off the radio and read the notebook multiple times. The text in the notebook changes.

The Shani adventure/POV is pretty good done im really amazed to see this in a male protag harem game, didnt expected that. But you HAVE to play it with headphones to get the best atmosphere. But some scenes are bit scary haha. I still liked it like her confontation against the bandits (Nice she spared the one Bandit Girl -> Perhaps we gonna see later in our adventure and even add her to our Harem ?). Pretty awesome my girl, I mean MCs girl , exactly how I like it. Also great job of kinda redeeming the Queen Merneith. Personally I didnt disliked her previously but she could come as a stuck up, privileged brat. But now we glimpsed a bit into her personality and I liked it -> Still need more lewd/teasing scenes with her.
Imagine in the years 2023 a porn game has better imersion, story and character development that a AAA game...AND it has beautiful woman, woman are clearly defined as such and not only have lewd stuff but also Sex as peek male wish fulfillment. By the way, I dont really know how the Anomalies work, so if someone would explain it to me that would be sweet.
And good quality for the main girls which is long deserved, I really looking forward for the MC + Shani Quest in the future. Still I hope we got more to see of the side chicks in the future. Asani is left out for a long while. Also keep up with these half closed, sleepy lewd eyes/faces. Make my dick so hard it could split diamonds
