Skipping through these games takes roughly 10 minutes; it's just a bunch of choices after all. I'll never get why people rather ask for a save and then wait 17 weeks for a file that then won't have the choices they'd have made. So, yeah. That's a fair question...
Of course it's obvious that raping Kitty takes place before he's killed, at that point we don't know anything about that, so your argument there fails a bit.
But the second part about destroying a sweet innocent disabled girl raises a few other questions:
1) Why does this guy cause so much dislike / hatred? After all, the MC is an outsider to the settlement.
2) Is it fair to punish an innocent person for the misdeeds of someone close to them?
3) Is it ethical to fap to scenes which are deeply unethical?
The answer to 1, I don't have a good answer to that...
The answer to 2 is I think an obvious yes. It may be unfair but "guilt by association" is a very common thing, in some cases even punishable by law in several present-day countries. It is human nature to blame parents for the actions of their children, or even to blame entire nations for the actions of their leaders or even a few idiots (e.g. terrorists).
As for 3, well, in the end it's a porn game... Is it ethical? Obviously not. Will people still fap? Of course.
P.S., in my "canon" playthrough, I didn't rape her.

As for Emelia, he should bring in Kat and Fairy for the "Concubine Combo". Then again, for that one, he should likely add Ain as well - she'd be up for it. Won't play the update until it is out of beta, but I'm guessing Kitty might become part of that as well.

I didn't noticed this bit of dialogue on my first playthrough of the Thermae scene. Queen Merneith paying attention to her guards is a nice touch IMO.

I guess cause plenty of games have animations and free roam where you cant easily skip through. And even if you do skip everything certain choices lock you out of scenes making you have to re-do it.
