there are two ways: alt+enter or go here into the game optionsbecause the main menu doesn't have a full screen option... it's just in a window, does anyone know how to make it full screen?

That is true. They can visit Mandisa on their way to their mission, though. That way they can interact but in the devlog it appears as different scenes because, well, they are.I assumed this was a solo visit from Shani with how he worded the progress report to only mention Shani for this particular scene, but mentions Shani & MC going on a mission together.
And the previews did not feature MC in them, unless he is out of frame.
And as you said, the dev likes to play around and hide things, so maybe he´s leading us on to think something and then it´s another.
Now that Merneith was given a taste, I bet she´s craving a lot more. Particularly with those two.Personally I'm looking forward to the next time Shani, MC, and Merneith all get together. I get the feeling the Queen will hold back much less than last time in the thermae given what just happened with her and MC.
God forbid people have options.I'm sure it'd be optional like other sharing/lesbian content. But yeah, content being optional and avoidable never stopped some people from expressing their opinion on it. Loudly.

Nothing wrong with having opinions and sharing them within reason. It does become a little tiresome though when the conversation is dominated by complaints about optional and avoidable content, which unfortunately happens quite a bit.

Well, we already see stuff from her perspective, so sex scenes wouldn't be that big a leap.

Off course not. I don´t mind people who aren´t fans of sharing or NTR, that´s fine. I am against people who don´t even want the game to have that because they don´t like it, even if the game doesn´t force it down your throat. Time and time again, when that discussion starts, has been said that pretty much every kink in this game is optional. They can choose not to share, it´s not that hard.
I´m not a fan of pregnancy and feet fetishes, but some people are and I think they deserve to have their thing in the game. Some people don´t even want this.
Good luck trying to get some people on board with that. Shani is supposed to be the most independent character after the MC, but if sex comes into question, it seems like she loses her own will.

If you're implying that she had sex with Zaton, I don't see the problem.I mean, if you're in favor of letting Shani have sex with whoever she wants, why should we restrict her from loving and exploring her sexuality that she's been forced to suppress for years? So if you are in favor of fairness, then let's be fair and let Shani choose for herself whether or not she wants a relationship with MC. Plus, if I remember correctly, the player always has the choice to let MC have sex with her and go to a deeper level of relationship or not.
Her hypothetical optional future sex with Mandisa' slaves (if that's what dev meant) is supposedly a sign of a strong-willed Shani, while sex with the closest person is a sign that Shani is “losing her will too quickly”. If that's the point you're trying to make, it smacks of a double standard to me (no offense) and I definitely can't agree with it.
Probably because there was a big chunk of Ain content in v18. Zetan usually tends to not focus on one LI or plot branch heavily for multiple updates in a row.

No offense taken at all. I think you misunderstood me.
I was just pointing out the inconsistency of the people who want Shani to make her own decisions in life and be independent and choose for herself, but when it comes to sex that doesn´t seem to apply. She can only fuck the MC and other potential male partners are out of the question, even if she might want that. This probably has something to do with the sharing/NTR hate, so people will be against any girl having sex with anyone besides the MC anyway.
The comment I replied to before (this one below) is simply stating something I think it´s normal, if it happens. We already have done stalker stuff from her perspective, would it be that big of a leap if we saw her initiate sex with someone?
During the visit to Mandisa´s house, if sex stuff starts going down and Shani decides she wants to join whatever Mandisa is doing, shouldn´t she be able to? That´s what I´m defending.
And then I said that if that happens, there´s going to be some people here who will complain because Shani, supposedly, isn´t meant to be like that.

Shani can choose what she likes (within reason) cuz that's what the dev decided to do, creating a confident girl with a certain degree of autonomy. However, let's not forget that the MC in this game is not Shani, but Zaton. Yes, I don't mind Shani continuing to demonstrate her assertiveness within reasonable limits. Plus, she has mastered her father's dangerous profession, a profession that imposes a number of unspoken obligations on a person, such as self-confidence, assertiveness, boldness, and so on).
However, I want to note that this is not a game with a female protagonist, so the fact that the dev has kindly given players the opportunity to “be in the skin a bit" of Shani, I consider simply as a pleasant bonus and interesting game experience, and not as some kind of obligation of the dev to make all the future content to please those players who suddenly decided that Shani should be the second full-fledged MC in a harem male game.
Absolutely right and I'm one of the players who thinks so. Although, for all that, I am well aware that sharing in Desert Stalker is strikingly different from most other games and here it is presented not as an act of weakness, but as a gesture of a strong-willed "Master of life" (MC), so confident in his abilities that he can share someone close to him with others close to him. However, it's still not my cup of tea..
..Anyway, as long as sharing remains optional (and according to the mod in the dev discord, it will be), I can live with it.
