You can at least try to make a difference between the names Zetan (either the dev or the city where the characters live) and Zaton (the protagonist of Desert Stalker).
I never noticed even though playing it for soo long.
I changed protagonist name so actually never known.

It's the other way around, the Steam version is almost always the version of a game that is NOT censored....
After all, Patreon is the censor heavy site.

Guys steam is NOT censorship heavy, they've allowed sexual content and gore all the time. Think of all the triple A games with sex scenes and bloody violence like the witcher, why would they censor AVNs?
If a game can pass through patreon's censorships then there wont be any changes in the steam version.

It mostly like from the first few games that were on steam when Steam first have the 18+ games tag couple years ago. Back then, Melty Quest and Eiyuu Senki need a separate uncensored patch to have the 18+ content appears in it. Now, developers don't need to go through those hoops when it comes to adult games on Steam anymore.

Yeah, Steam has no problem with rape, incest, and so on.
The only things Steam has problems with (like most sites except SubscribeStar) are underage content, copyright assets in the game, and settings set in school, namely high school, which really circles back to point one of underage content.
