Well I played it yesterday and I could tell that some stuff has been shuffled around, some rework and a little bit of something was missing here and there but I can't really pinpoint what exactly since I play this game maybe once a year...maybe my memory playing tricks on me but judging by the other comments some content may have been cut, I just don't know what exactly.
But beyond that no, the game still contain gore, incest, rape, etc...all the more spectacular scenes you remember are still in the game.
In the end I liked the new content, even if all things considered there is not a lot of it after a year, but it's good nonetheless.

I'm also surprised about steam.
Ravager is also on steam, both theses games contain heavy gore, incest, rape and a lot of bestiality for ravager, but this doesn't seem to be a problem for steam, I guess I assumed wrong.

I played about a year ago and just finished 0.17.1... One memorable scene that is gone is the very pregnant woman in the palace who greets you on your first/second visit. I know a completely different version of her appears later in the game, but that initial introduction to palace women being free use to retain the population of the city is long gone.

If you're referring to the woman who is pregnant and you can tell Kat that the child is yours or not... that scene is very much intact. The priestesses are vessels for the Children of Zeta.

Ok, i replayed all the game allover. It was brutal and i missed somehow the termae scene. Bummer. Not playing it again. At least it's over already.

Since we have to restart everything from the beginning (I did not do it yet), may you, please, remind me the difference of choice and outcome in the game between making the black girl in the raider village a whore for everyone VS making her the person like "a voice" to others. What was the real outcome from it with animations or dialogues, it's been too long and I don't remember and I don't want to ruin it even until the next total incompatible save again in next versions...

Rue? I think you explained the difference already. Depending on your choice she becomes either the village councilor or the village whore. There's a sex scene on both paths. On one path, it's sex she enjoys and on the other path she's too exhausted to move.

Both sound good to me. I work in what you may call a customer-facing job. If I can beat the stats to help a person, that's my raison d'être. If I could do that whilst getting my end away, damn. My point being, what do you like the most? That control is there for a reason, my man.

Same goes for that guy who wanted a princess, he end-up being a total slave of that woman and you tought doing a good action. The events outcome were a bit mixed...

Also, I was playing the Shani mission in the Zone and in the end, she kills those two guys and cuts that girl´s hand. Then she takes her bike and rides away. In the previous version, didn´t we have a choice to kill her or leave her there? Do we just leave her there now?

That pregnant women was not in a violent scene or anything, what would be the purpose of such change, I wonder.

The biker girl is either killed or let alive by Shani depending of her "self/help" stats that are influenced by her relationship with the MC (basicely the dialogues choices that you made in her convos).

Multiple times, it's mentioned that Rabiah had twins very recently. She has two (unseen) twin babies she takes care of besides her daughter.
