I suppose that's because of the angle and clothes as GetOutOfMyLab mentions. Zahra's boobs sometimes look smaller than Ain's, when in reality they're about the same size or maybe a bit bigger, but that depends on the clothes she's wearing.
So long story short, I don't think Ain's boobs have been reduced but let's wait until the update comes.

Yeah I got nothing. ALTHOUGH there's the nameless gas mask-wearing raider (worker?) that the protagonist comes across when visiting the Decayed stronghold though she's got some fat ol' milkers. Has to be a contender and boy I sure wish we could get to know her if even for just a quickie xp
