Edit: As of now, it's no longer Yennefer. Now it's Claire from the Resident Evil 2 Remake. Same artist, tho.

You don't need to pay anything to see if there has been a new post on a Dev's Patreon.

Patreon can be tricky to handle, people up there just meant the "news" lock on patreon are dev logs and not about a release, simply mean the next update has not been published for now even on Patreon.
