It being a beta version of the game is probably why you and a bunch of others are experiencing those issues

As mentioned on the V0.17 title screen:

I'm sure it will be addressed in subsequent stable build version releases of the game (y)

Saves can't work because they have been made incompatible, but that's not a bug. They changed some early scenes, one of them meaningfully in my opinion. You know a character that can appear later.

The game is relatively short since you don't have to do every quest to get to the new content.

Personally, I get stuck at the end of Shani's visit to the Zone. The QTE can't be interacted with, so she dies in that fight. That takes me to a "game over" screen.

The rewrights in the game are awful so you make the mutant girl the bad peson in the scenario and you have to side with him if you're a good person. You do the same thing with decayed "granted she was always the bad guy" {also cutting out the flirting with Shani during the decision process} but putting the decision before the storm rather then result of storm makes taking her make you into an even worse person. And side with the mutant if you're a bad guy?" Making her a non-slave doesn't phone home how the Zeton way is as well might makes right which is a staple of their entire infostructure and culture

"Might makes right, I can do whatever I want with my property!" Douchbag says "Prepare to defend your property" Zaton replies with one of the hardess lines in the game. Not to mention he was beating her for food cooked terribly not biting his damn hand off.

No, they are paying for the privilege of getting an internal testing build to play around with and help to report bugs back to the developer....that is what alpha's and beta's are for :rolleyes:

As a photo composition, I think that image is great. It uses some of the basic thenics really well.

Probably but you don't have to do that quest to get to the new mutant quest, which is the meat of the update. You can see the new content, and wait for the stable version to replay the rest of the game if you want to. But maybe you'd prefer to wait for the steam version soon enough to do that. I hope it's more stable.

Maybe it's because I am about to hit the bed but I barely understood your complains, my bad. However, there's some misunderstanding in this "bad guy-good guy". I think that's against the philosophy of the game. Those are conventional values which, in it's theme, the game is trying to reject (poorly but that's a very complicated goal).

I don't think there are evil or good choices in the game. Some choices are more oriented to protect others while others are there to increase your strength as leader. You are a tyrant anyway, the difference is, if you think of others more or less.

It's like they did in mass effect. Shepard is always the same character. The renegade one will go "beyond" in some situations, ignoring lateral damage caused to other people, but the guy is still saving the galaxy. In the final balance of the universe, Shepard would still be a good guy. Zaton may be more or less compasionate but that doesn't change his main motivation: To protect and expand his family. It's the same no matter what.

Some of the angles in this game's scenes are just... "why?". I hear ya.

But hey, at least this one isn't some close up where you can't see the girl's face or body properly.

The Shani bedroom scene, so far, is by far and away one of the best in showing off the girl and how gorgeous she is. Kateryna has some nice ones too.

To this day, I don't think there's a single similar Ain scene.

As gorgeous as the characters are, at this point I think I'm playing more for the story than the eroticism. And if there comes a time in which a girl I like that's lacking some more "advantageous" viewpoints / angles finally gets one but it's in a sharing/swinging scene, I'll just drop the game altogether.

Yes, as it's been noted on every page so far, no ones saves will work.

The game was reworked from the ground up, as in code changes, they upgraded to a better version of Ren'Py. The upgrade and rework were for the betterment of the game.

IMO is a waste of time to try explain ppl how alpha and testing works. I am sure he had never started any form of business but wants to teach the dev pricing strategy
