here we go again....can't belive this shit...months for have a small contents update and again saves won't works?? really dev...wtf is wrong with you...can't belive , really...so few new contents after months and i need to start ove for the 4th tome..i like the damn story and settig, so i will probably restart the game but this is pissing me off a lot..p.s. and of course this is only a beta and we will need to weait x time to get the final version...bah
You realize that "danger" in AVNs is always a matter of path branching right? And any fatal danger branch is short because you die and it's game over. Like you make the wrong choices and suffer the consequences, and then because you still want to play the rest of the game you load to (before) the decision and make different choices. So it's 1x content. And Desert Stalker does have a couple of those choices (like murderizing the two decayed at the start or not saving your daughter from the mummies on her first tomb raid).This game truely turned into snowflake fest....
Its already plays like full harem game...
You had a post apocalyptic world with gore,danger,gangs,intrigues.... it was very promissing and something different compared to other VN ....
No idea if its patreon TOS or all this harem pink cakey snowflakes but this game has turned soft mate ... where is all the danger and rivals in all corners ...

Also idk what your problem with harem is. It has been a harem game from the start. If you want to fuck as few people as you can, be my guest. My wife's okay with it and it's a fairly lawless post-apocalyptic world. I'm pokemoning it.
This game in particular can be replayed rather easily since the order of many quests can be chosen. And some scenes have changed enough that you will want to see them.
Desert stalker is very replayable. Try different stuff. Also, given the game wasnt complete, what were you expecting? This will happen again in the future. If its torture, dont play unfinished games.
The mc is not a cop. And desert stalkers are not the fbi. He does what he wants. Zeta may be his house but its not his destiny, he insists. You can like or agree to a principle but not always follow it, and I dont think thats inconsistency. Normal people are like that. Only zealots dont. Which desert stalkers rarely can be since they use tech forbidden by zetan law to everyone else. They are supposed to be different.
I just wish there was more content. I have an entire harem I need to breed. Starting with my wife, then my daughters and then the Queen. The sooner you start the sooner you're done.

He probably forgot to remove the filter to gore and force play. I did at first and i thought there was a lot of cut content. I was wrong.

That is a dev save (it is a very common thing for a lot of games) so you can just see the newish content but it is not your personal save with your choices, and you also don't get to see all the reworked and changed content and code changes.

1) if you've had saves that didn't work before this update, that's on you, because that just wasn't the case until now, shouldn't be happening and if you reached out we would have fixed it for you. You probably used a mod or a walkthrough... Or you play the game on a potato.
This time, yes, you have to start anew because of reasons that we have been mentioning in every update for months. They have been mentioned in this forum for several pages now
2) if you can't keep it in your pants and have to download a beta version which everybody knows is going to be bugged and missing content, you do not come bitching about it being a beta without looking like a fool.
3) as for the new content... Again, reading any of the updates the Dev gives every week would have told you that the game's code has been rewritten from the ground up and several old scenes have been remade and extended, which in and of itself warrants a replay.
Yes, there is also a fair bit of new content, but that was never the goal of this update.
If you can't be arsed to keep updated about the development of the game, and it aggravates you, you should not be playing a game that is in development.
If you are a supporter of the game, you should be receiving regular updates. You not reading them is on you.
If you're not a supporter of the game, you still have plenty of options to keep up to date.
If you can't be bothered to and all you do is pirate the game and play it when you see it listed in the new releases, without caring to read the first sentence that appears on screen about it being a beta release...
Frankly, we couldn't give less of a fuck about your momentary discomfort.

I'm starting to think whoever came up with the naming conventions of game releases knew what they were doing, since every time a beta version gets leaked, it seems to trigger bitching and moaning from a certain type of individuals.
