I'd say the most recent version is the best version. The art reworks, in my opinion, have made characters look better. A few scenes have been removed/modified, but the overall package is significantly superior to earlier versions. Only if you're curious, check out previous posts as some people have posted how Ain used to look in different versions.

I'd suggest trying the .01 version to see how it all started and at least .04 to see the original Kyra rescue and midnight market scene. I, personally, like the original scenes.

Before you ask, at least look at the previous couple of pages for decency But if it's so difficult for you, I'll duplicate the link again, just for you I managed to collect all the versions of this game ever released, except version 0.07, so choose any one and try it.

I am most offended that the author decided to cut out and remove from the game the opportunity to make Katerina a maid. Although this path was available in early versions, and even the renderes were ready...

Wouldn't really make sense since when you romance her, she was lead into the path of becoming a priest after Zaton and Katerina met the pregnant priest during their date. Hence I guess that why she didn't mind fucking her uncle since a priest job is just to bear as many kids as possible. Doesn't matter whose the baby it was with.

We need some strong female adversaries to be conquered. Right now, we mostly had access to easy-pussy (I still love'em). But we need some characters to hate-fuck later on.

Here is my crazy idea how I think what if... in another verse Desert Stalker characters were from The Witcher franchise:
Zaton = Geralt de Rivia, Zahra = Triss Merigold, Rabiah = Yennefer of Vengerberg, Shani = Cirilla of Cintra, Igor = Vesemir, Queen Merneith = Princess Ada of Temeria(daughter of King Foltest), Ain = ???, Fairy = ???, Emilia = ???...

Have you guys any other idea which other character from Desert Stalker character would be if they were from The Witcher franchise?

But what about the choice? We can either let Ivy die or save her at the very beginning of the game! And we can either heal Fairy or enslave her completely. Why aren't we given a choice here? Although the author initially thought about an alternative fate for Katerina, he even made renderings, but eventually abandoned this idea, and in my opinion it was very wrong.
