When Domicius is trying to suck her tits, there's a QTE in which you must not click "Stop his hand". Only then he will do that, instead of being tricked into giving the map anyway.

I did that but this specific scene didn't show up only the sucking part bot grabbing part you can try it too i think its a choice for seduce him option and its bugged

That image isn't used in any script, it was likely originally intended to be part of the sucking scene, but was then skipped.

Because it wasn't shared, you can either download the compressed Mac version, make your own in a minute or two with the SDK from the Windows version, play it directly from the SDK with the Windows version, or just copy the delete the "game folder" of v0.18 Mac and move over the Windows "game folder" to v0.18 Mac and play.
