Especially when the game has an option to disable sharing. I don't think DS will ever have non-avoidable ntr, as that would make that option useless.

Shani, in addition to Zaton, had scenes with Mandisa, in the Zone, at the market, when a merchant groped her, then Modius. Opponents of NTR. Yes - they're exploring another side of a theme established in the very second scene of the game - that whole "Might makes right", "to the victor the spoils" thing? "The MC gets to fuck whoever however he wants" isn't its only implication.
So they introduced the stakes and danger first in dialogue (talk with Mandisa), and then over time ratchet up the tension, which helps to make the world feel more dangerous. That pattern is just good writing.
(Also, the escalation is I think Mandisa mentioning it -> overall sense of danger during the first adventure -> (optional) allowing herself to be groped to gain the upper hand, as discussed with Mandisa -> Sparring with the MC -> (optional) Getting groped/partly stripped not as part of a plan -> (optional) getting her breast sucked -> captured, with dialogue indicating that the enemies' leader would want to rape her. I don't think gangbang has been mentioned or even implied beyond assumptions a reader could make from "captured". )

Also it kinda feels like you're about to tiptoe juuust up to the kinkshaming line , please don't . Trust in the toggle

There is too much passion in some of these posts. In the end our opinion doesn't matter: the dev(s) will do what they want, and looks like they are getting ideas from patreons and other places, but that is both good and bad.
It's true that the game is slowly changing, and that will upset some (expecting to be the same, in style at least) and please others.

It's hard to create a good story. To keep the original vision while still adding new content. To not lose inspiration and keep creating, while also react to contradictory feedbacks and expectations. Not many stories can keep up the quality that was there in the starting parts, and that's why we see them as having bad endings. When new things are added feels like the original is diluted. It's quite difficult to create art under time constraint, when the inspiration is not there.

So this story may turn into something else, while still keeping some of the original. Or not. It's better to not set the expectations too high. This game already has one of the best story lines. Will be very difficult keeping that level until the end.

As say, listen less to the fans' demands/wants, and focus more on your own idea. Although sometimes this can have a bad effect on the future, if at some point the developers start paying attention to the idea of patrons, for some it is good and for others it is not.

But this is the business of the developers, I think Zetan is sticking to it quite well so far and there is nothing to complain about.

Ain is dependent on others to initiate, as she strictly follows Zaton's orders. So for that reason alone, I'd say the maximum potential depravity belongs to Shani, she's more cunning and we're yet to explore her sexual depths, as she had remained a virgin until her first Desert Stalking.

Let me have my double standard man, Might makes right is fine as long as it doesn't involve Shani at the losing end Also i'm not technically wrong, there is a progression in that direction with her right ? Is it so out of left field that she could be subjected to it ?

Or the cliffhanger is so good that it makes us (me ?) believe that some shit could happen. Nobody knows, so why not.

In the toggle I trust, maybe I was trolling a bit as I in fact play with sharing enabled, just to see/have the choices, I just never take them . But my point stands, as long as it's a possibility and I have the choice to pick a different outcome, I'm fine with whatever.
