Oh definitely, there's a clear progression/escalation, but the way you framed it sounded (to me, at least) condemning?, while I think it's a intentional, clearly signposted buildup of tension for this (optional) story aspect. And who knows how far/where it'll go, but we do know it won't go far in the playthroughs of people that are opposed to it going there

I am 100% sure nothing will happen without player's input. Ma-aybe this input will be QTEs, like in the bazaar, but Zetan so far has been been following the rule that no one touches the girls the MC has claimed without player's input. Even the bazaar is skippable if you visit it last.

Ok so in a game with a lot of blood, gore, and violence, this game has a lot of moments that are also just cute as hell. I mean, between Emilia, Kateryna, and everything that Ain does when you're back at home... there's a really nice balance of cute/loving/wholesome mixed in with the rougher stuff.

I've gotta say though after playing through the newest update...

I mean, you mentioned three characters that could be dead (if you have no heart (joking)) and a fourth that doesn't exist (if it's Lirah, she could be scavenger (who may have a reason to visit a nearby tribe) or a palace guard (in which cases, less so)).
And they could be rescued by someone, or free themselves, or negotiate a release in exchange for a service. Or might become free because of a third party/event.
At this point, unless one wants to fanfic things (knock yourself out ), there's isn't too much of a point to speculating - we know they're the same tribe as the scout that stole the scroll (and thus they have some interest in Zeta, but the exact nature is unclear), one of the bandits was a guard at Domitius tent, that if Reina survived she can identify Shani and that their leader/father has an interest in girls like Shani. We also know the devs wanted to "perhaps dive into new themes and situations." - but that's it I think.

Yes - they're exploring another side of a theme established in the very second scene of the game - that whole "Might makes right", "to the victor the spoils" thing? "The MC gets to fuck whoever however he wants" isn't its only implication.
So they introduced the stakes and danger first in dialogue (talk with Mandisa), and then over time ratchet up the tension, which helps to make the world feel more dangerous. That pattern is just good writing.
(Also, the escalation is I think Mandisa mentioning it -> overall sense of danger during the first adventure -> (optional) allowing herself to be groped to gain the upper hand, as discussed with Mandisa -> Sparring with the MC -> (optional) Getting groped/partly stripped not as part of a plan -> (optional) getting her breast sucked -> captured, with dialogue indicating that the enemies' leader would want to rape her. I don't think gangbang has been mentioned or even implied beyond assumptions a reader could make from "captured". )

Also it kinda feels like you're about to tiptoe juuust up to the kinkshaming line , please don't . Trust in the toggle

Sharing is not the main thing of the game i think there are 5 or so.

If you specifically you mean with Shani, it really is just those gropes so far (and a bit of roleplay during sparring), and I think the shoulder massage is gated behind it. (Edit: Oh, and Shani/Merneith of course, if that counts for you).

The rest I think so far are just a couple of scenes with Igor, Asha twice (when you help Kyra regain her position and the reward scene from the last update), Ain being oggled and some dialogue changes here and there. Beyond stuff the toggle cares about, I guess there's also Fang sleeping with members of her crew, which may count depending on how you squint at it.
