Yeahhhh gotta be honest, I don't see a ton of difference either. New haircut and her face is a bit narrower, maybe some higher cheekbones. So if the first guy talking about "looking like a proper breedable MILF" just meant that both sets of cheeks gotta be wide, I guess I agree, but personally I don't think she's all that different; the scene lighting changes the effect way more dramatically than her appearance does.

Maybe it's only the hair, the rendering changed though (better lighting). A different haircut also makes quite a difference, especially on those 3D models. I prefer the previous haircut but it's just personal taste, I don't really notice other changes

Yes, that's the most recent update. They're currently working on the conclusion to that quest. There's a progress report a couple pages back.
