For a variety of reasons, I decided to give this a look, and I have to say that it surprised me.
First of all, the translation of the VN itself was better than I expected, given that it's Shiravune, so that was a pleasant surprise overall. Beyond that though, I enjoyed the story more than I expected in general. Given some of the things that I've heard of this thing, I wasn't sure that'd be the case, but here we are.
I will say that in terms of H-content, this thing isn't that great. There's 10 H-scenes in all. One hand-job, one massage turned into fingering, one blowjob, one footjob and one sixty-nine boob-job, then 5 scenes with actual sex in them, though without that much variety in terms of positions, much less actions. The whole thing is incredibly vanilla, and, depending on reading speed, it can take anything between 1-4 hours to reach the first actual H-scene and longer to reach the first sex scene outright, with the rest following much faster. The art is nice enough, but the writing goes more into the "cute" direction, rather than "hot", at least as far as I'm concerned, so I didn't find the scenes particularly stimulating myself.
All in all, unless you're REALLY into romance and whatnot and super married to super vanilla, this likely won't be that useful as fap/schlick material.
This is because this VN is, above everything else, a romcom. It's a story about a mostly average guy and an entirely too haughty magical girl, being forced to live together due to circumstances, getting to know one another, falling in love and doing what comes naturally when two teens are left alone unsupervised for extended periods of time. I mentioned earlier that it takes a while for the H-stuff to happen, this is because the story puts more emphasis on establishing the relationship between Yuuri and Seiji. Then, once they do start properly dating and fuck for the first time, they do what horny teens do and basically end up fucking every day.
The work actually manages to give some level of chemistry between the two. This works because, while Yuuri is an overly haughty genius (and the story absolutely does show that she is indeed a genius, and her pride isn't exactly un-earned, just overinflated), she's not malicious or cruel. Some of her haughtiness is born of loneliness and her inability to properly relate to her peers along with the pressures of her secret life as a magical girl. Additionally, and extremely surprising, Seiji isn't a doormat, unlike most MCs in these sorts of vanilla VNs. He banters and quips back, mercilessly roasting her or bursting her pride when warranted. This causes both him and Yuuri to change in various ways and eventually fall in love.
All of this also works because the story never takes itself seriously. It's a comedy, it shows, and it never tries to make anything serious overstay its welcome. The world exists to enable the romantic hijinks between the two, but at the same time, what we see of the world building is still solid enough to ensure that the world doesn't look like it just revolves around the lovebirds.
Basically, if you give this VN a chance, you'll likely get a few laughs out of it, and it might bring a smile to your face as you read through Yuuri and Seiji's love story. It's not the most original work out there or whatnot, but it's not a bad one either. It's not something I'd personally spend money on, given my personal preferences and limitations, but for people that are big vanilla lovers and whatnot, I'd say it'd be a worthy investment.
