Can’t figure out how to get passed Lela. Did the order right, but says that’s where the date ends. Also mysterious house, everyone stops working apparently. Days on end money doesn’t increase and can’t interact with people.

Probably the same error with the laptop. You can go to saveeditonline.com>upload your save>click ctrl + f>find mrjuicestory>change value from "4" to "5". Download save and use option load from disk in the game. Then visit Dean Mea's office in the uni and buy sniper rifle.

For the option to buy the ranch to appear you must have $40,000 passive income and you must know Aria.

Is the Brothel the Bordello Boom Boom Room? If so, how do I hire Cony? If not, how do I unlock the brothel?

If you have not paid for her husband's debt while going through Giovanni Giorgio's thread then she cannot be hired. You can try editing your save by doing what I wrote above except that you don't look for mrjuicestory but for ‘cony’ and change the value from ‘false’ to ‘true’.

This is the best game for me in recent times. Author, don't stop and don't dare abandon the project. The game can be expanded very cool, starting from the possibility of adding whole new cities with the purchase of your own personal plane, creating your own gang, space and even mysticism. If you've already received the task from Mr. Juice about visiting the gym, you should have already had your first conversation with Jasmine. Next, you should head to the downtown apartments to see Lela, and then go to the university to find her daughter Aria. Once you've completed this sequence of tasks, you'll receive 2 out of the 10 document pages needed for the task where you’ll meet Chanel at the gym.

I did that, and I can't find any path to continue this storyline, can't find Chanel at the gym, but already found Lela and Aria and completed their storyline

Do you have as many stats is written in the walkthrough? There is a skill check at the end of the date.

Where can I find Ryan's house?
I cracked her husband's laptop, spoke to Frank and received the motorbike as a reward.
Now the walkthrough tells me to visit Ryan in her house, but it's not in the Outskirts?

Now, wait 7 days for a call from Frank. This is an error in the walkthrough, which I only fixed in this version. So, sleep a few times and check your phone. After this task, Ryan’s house will appear.
