Well .... Shit. Full disclosure, I hate ntr, but was always of the opinion that they have as much a right as us to have games cater to their fetish.

What I did not like was games trying to please both vanilla and ntr fans. Someone invariably gets pissed that the dev is spending time and money on content they don't like. Pick one and stick with it.

But for the life of me I cannot understand the thought process of stalking someone be cause you did not get what you wanted in a porn game. I mean wtf? End result this game gets abandoned. Fuck.

Another great game left to rot, it's getting to be a lot these days.... All because of one person. Human stupidity at its worst...

Honestly the reason given for abandoning this strains credulity but that's the Dev's prerogative.
Honestly he didn't have a large Patreon following (yet), it's not like there are backers he needs to tell some sweet little lies to, so there's almost no impetus for him to weave a tall tale when he could just say "Sorry bros, life got in the way, gonna have to leave it" OR not tell us anything. There's no real reason for him to lie about it, so if we apply Occam's razor it seems reasonable that some weirdo degen made the juice not worth the squeeze for him.

IIRC, BHG never recreated his Patreon after the health scare, so there were no paying backers for him to need to lie to. He was going to recreate it once he had an update to put out. He had also always been very communicative with us, which is why we knew he was having health problems in the first place.

In effect, BHG had earned the kind of trust that makes basically anyone who had followed or supported him in the past trust implicitly that this happened exactly the way he described it happening.

This isn't a case like Assassinsdick/Naykid/Sylver, who supposedly "died", but also had a literal history of repeatedly disappearing and reappearing later under a different name/identity multiple times, just to avoid having to admit he had abandoned other games, or the Waifu Academy dev and his faking an easily-debunked car accident (which should encourage everyone to never support him in the future).
