Are you using the Locale Emulator?
Install it, and then right click on the exe, chose the locale emulator and chose "run in japanese"

Where as the bottom is how it looks if you are using the emulator correctly.

Note that the letters in the bottom is proper japanese, where as the top is a broken mess.

Maybe you need to install japanese language pack in windows?
I already have done so previously, so i don't know if its required or not for the emulator to work.

this. if I had to guess it is from NOT doing certain training. maybe the webcam stuff and more extreme body morphing. I initially though we were stuck with one ending due to my monkey brain being stuck on completionist mode.

Hey, I updated the instructions.
By another user's suggestion, I added another alternative that helped someone solve the issue, it's called Ntleas.
Try it out.

I was getting this issue as well, what I did: restart my pc, re-extracted the file and ran with Locale Emulator, it worked.

I think I figured it out if any of yall have any problems, untick the box where you change the locale that says "Unicode UTF-8". I'm gonna try so many games that haven't worked before now.
