In my assessment, the only thing objectively wrong with the game from that list is the navigation. I agree with some of the others, they might be considered matters of taste. There’s a reason that three of the points you listed are about navigation.
* I think most 3D models are ugly, and the ones in this game are certainly not among the best. It wouldn’t stop me from enjoying the game, though.
* The edgy stereotypes are certainly not for everyone, and I won’t ever take your story seriously if you use them. I don’t necessarily want to take porn games seriously, though. Making them more silly and removed-from-reality may well enhance the experience, allowing more focus on the fetishes/sexy ideas concepts. Thinking of your other game, I wouldn’t enjoy the game at all if I took it seriously, since the mother seems like an actually horrible rapist. If it didn’t operate on porn logic, if the subject was taken at all seriously, I would have probably quit playing it.
* Intros can be constructed in many different valid ways. As long as the intro hooks people, anything is fine, and it is often easier to keep short intros engaging, even if some things are missing.
To be clear, every point raised is valid criticism you should seriously consider for the game. Other than reducing the excessive amount of clicks needed for movement, implementing changes is very something where you should weight the costs and benefits of before committing.
