the best way to get scenes is just to stand in lobby and spam "talk" and "back"
Took some time to check how the game will act depending on your starting choices and it's rough..
If going without spouse almost most actions gives you error cause the game still tries to load spouse talking with you etc.
No matter what I pick who works in the company BFF and spouse work there anyway.
Playing as Sati I think I'm getting spouse and MC scenes with her unless the kitchen one etc. is supposed to be for both MC and Sati.
Sati sleepover she can go after you or spouse even if you pick that that you and spouse don't do stuff with Sati.
And some more that I forgot atm..

Noted those bugs, I mainly play as Sati and Spouse in the game and both working at the dorm with either a Male MC with Female Spouse OR Female MC with Male Spouse, so that tends to be the main bugchecked one, that said I'll look into none spouse and none Sati options.
Thanks for feedback. Version 0.9 is going to be my main bug check, get stats working, cleaning tasks, punishments for not cleaning and general gameplay. 0.7 is generic spouse sex scenes, 0.8 is generic player sex scenes. From 1.0 onwards we'll have the main story, each girls side stories, random events to make it more interesting.
IN SHORT: I've put the sex scenes in first, will do stat changes and bug checks after all the generic sex stuff is done. So at the moment it will play the sex scenes with no build up but it will in later versions.
1.0 onwards will be storylines, random events for each room, phone and messaging happening, sleeping in the girls room, inviting to your house for dinner or stopping over, special guest appearances such as the one in Kyra's office etc etc. But up to 1.0 I just want a basic game that's playable and you have to earn it. Still building up to it, thanks for playing.

The generic ones yes, they are there just for the sake of players that want to see sex stuff, sex in random events or storylines will be condition and choice based and you'll have to work for them.

Yeah they're coming after 1.0, and they will be:
(Remember most of the futa's are young girls between 18 and 25 so they haven't really discovered who they want to be yet.
Eleanor: You can depending on how you approach her end up becoming her Apprentice, Employee or Low Class Servant based on whether she like you and what your attitude is to her money and wealthy background.
Amina: She suffers an identity crisis in coming from the very traditional Islamic family vs the western version, you can support her in either direction.
Shani: Not really a story, she's older than most of the girls there and has been and done stuff now.
Lilly: You can encourage her nerdiness and shyness and she will become more into Cosplay in game and events and roleplays because of that OR you can encourage her to take advantage of her 14.2 inch wang and go into the porn industry where eventually she becomes a celebrity.
Cally: You can encourage her drinking, partying, vulgarity and drunken street fighting OR encourage her to become sober, train and join underground fighting leagues and eventually MMA.
Vittoria: You can become a henchman or an obstacle to her alleged Mafia activities.
Yolanda: She, like Amina, suffers from an identity crisis, her background and culture, as well as family and friends encourage her to play the stereotypical ghetto thug with ebonic speaking etc, but she's also exceptionally intelligent and a brilliant scientist, but whenever she wanted to do that she was told not to and that she was acting not as she should behave. You can encourage her to become more the ghetto girl and be at peace with being one of the crowd OR encourage her to not give a fuck about the people holding her back and she embraces the brilliant scientific genius she is.
Sati: She's your best friend, but her story will reveal something hidden about her.
Sigrid: No story, she just wants to have sex with people.
Sasha: Mysterious woman, works for Xala, seems to know things she shouldn't, she also has addictive semen, will you stay out of her clutches or not?
Kyra: Her story has been told in my videos and also in my other game: Isadora The Wife Explorer, also available here on F95.
Nicole: Bully her into being a broken submissive to you or your wife's whims, teach her the ways of the world and defeat her naive innocence, or protect and maintain her innocent and kind nature at all costs.
Annabella: No story, she's older than the other girls.
Konoko: No story, she's older than the other girls. Keep her away from your ass.
Valia: No story, she is WELL older than the other girls and her story is covered in Valia: Life of a Succubus, my first game and terrible game btw, do not recommend playing, also her story is covered in some of my videos too.
Jenny: For the voyeurs, her husband basically likes her doing stuff with futas.
Katya: Story covered in my videos.

There is currently a Poll on my Patreon and my Subscribestar with the following options:
1) Bring mechanics forward to 0.8.
2) Continue with original plan of player sex scenes in 0.8.
3) Abandon all development after me doing it for 7 to 8 years and get a full time job.
4) Abandon project and start something else.
As of writing it's been less than 20 minutes and we have 86% in favour of option 1.
Option 1 so far will mean me doing:
* Opening the Dorm Area.
* Bug Checking.
* Making stats change.
* Tying scenes to corruption and stats rather than just playing like they do now.
* Making Spouse Corruption Visible.
* Checking no spouse and/or no Sati playthroughs for errors.
* UI improvements.
* Implement the punishment procedures for not doing your job.
* Implement cleaning tasks.
* Create a Tutorial.
* Ambient sound for all areas.
* Check the 'who is here' errors.
* Rewrite all scenes from the copy and paste into proper erotic text. (and no I don't use chatgpt, I have 7 books on Amazon, I can do it myself.)
Any others that come up.

For navigation simply create a grid map menu or something of that sort where you can click for a location and it has a little thumbnail in it. Perhaps in the future with indicators on who's in that area

Without urging you to straight up copy The Futa Experiment, a somewhat similar traveling system might work? Especially the part about showing some thumbnails/icons picture of whom is in a locations... since you got quite a big cast of characters to track down

I did think of Torian's system, but he has set places and locations where although it appears random it picks from a list of locations per person and assigns a variable to indicate they are there and keeps them there until exit of the area, mine is complete random each time to enter and exit and area. Tracking would be difficult, not impossible. BUT I could add perhaps a picture map that's clickable as well.

for curiosity as sandbox, in the full version would be possible play as a Male MC that isn't a cuck or take it in the ass? because for now in the game even if you don't take it that option, going around i see situation where the wife do with people of the place (even when i have not include her as somebody that help with her place) or have the mc being troathfucked, in short is possible being dominant/not raped/cucked or is gonna be something that will happen regardless of choiche in the final version too?

That's been reported and one of the things I'm working on in the mechanical update, Because I play spouse and sati working as my main personal playthrough, that tends to be the one most bug checked.
I'm still deciding that, there is planned Male on Futa content, but that won't be for a while, as for dominant, there will be for playing as the futa mc but I'm not sure about other MC's. At this point I'll say I'm undecided.
