The game is now patched, I saw other problem linked to the skip option at the beggining, everything should be fine now. (You can use saves from the V0.4 on the V0.4.1)

Sorry for the late reply. Just talk to her in the afternoon (reception) or invite her on a date. Here love level is capped at 20 for now !
It says your relationship stagnates and is capped at 14 when choosing chit chat and there is no option to invite her on a date

Sorry for the late reply (again), I couldn't connect before today. The problem comes from a mistake in my code. I suppose you selected the option to skip the previous content, and this option does not unlock the date with Zaha (my error). I will fix it tomorrow morning!
For now, the solution would be to start a new game from the beginning, focusing on Zaha's content.
