well. i found it. just play all again but now with the 25.1 version. start a new game. will be able to finish. i couldn't with old saves.

This is not a bug, you have a version of the game without extra scenes

yeah just cancelled them on patreon. not worth it, none of the suggestions from even high tier members were included in the game.
