its abandoned. dev pretty much gave up halfway through his 2nd updateany news to share? looking forward to the next update, but been silent both here and on patreon for a few months. is this more of a side project, life obligations keeping you busy? just looking for a bit of and idea/some transparency

Always hard to know, given 'abandoned' tags are automatically applied even if there's just a delay in production for whatever reason
ehm, if you mean if the dev said "Im abandoning this game for good" then no, nothing has been said about future of the game. but as a supporter I saw that after first month when dev got their first (quite small) paycheck from patreon, the communication stopped, next update was not delivered on its original date, and it was consisting of something like 150 images after 3 months of work, with a small note on it which can be read as "Im not interested in hearing complaints about the size of it".
and yeah to surprise of no one it was radio silence since then lol.

Following the breadcrumbs. The dev signed up on this site made a hand full of posts then vanished 12 days later. They also only made 5 posts on Patreon and the last being October 2024 and has been MIA ever since. They have one paid patron and make 2-7 dollars a month.
Devs have the power to request their games be put on hold with said tag yet has not done so. So its safe to say the abandon tag is accurate at the moment.
