i take it the clinic stuff hasnt been added yet? I'm doing teachers quests and they keep repeating, some events require messing with console to even trigger and then the whole game is messed up lol I cant even get the hypno stuff to work correctly, may be a bug on my end

try extract rewrite all the files in same folder, i play dom or sub in two diferent save, work fine

In the public update the lip filling event was added yes, if you are having a hard time triggering it and have messed up with the console you might have broken something, if you wish you can send me your savefile and I'll look into it
