You need to go to the wilderness after letting Arabelle decode the map. Find the area with huts and skeletons. in one of the huts, there is a bone necklace. Give this to her to unlock it

Have over 20 sanity, without that it is an automatic game over, and use the axe to kill it.

and you can go to a save editor and cheat yourself to have a lot of those sanity medicines

Probably one of the highest effort WEG's out there with all this attention to detail on music usage and ambient sound design. Using the adult only tag of the game not just for porn but to also tell a dark story. Can only hope it's finished at some point soon.
The flintlock? Use the shovel at the base of the big tree, before the native village.

How do you end Day 3? I just finished the dinner and scene with Lady Hale and now I can't figure out how to end the end. It won't let me go outside either.
