The only scenes that seemed truly NTRish to me was were the childhood friend/crush put her own pleasure above the MC's feelings is when she films with one of the dudes for two days instead of one so the MC has to wait on her and when she brings the blonde dude to her room to fuck so the MC calls her while listening through the wall and the MC watches her getting "stealth" fucked behind a curtain by the doctor twice, the ending was kind of a let down because instead of her running off to get fucked like I expected the game just gave a monologue that sounded like it was setting up a sequel.
