I get the same error when I try to play the new version. As soon as the phone call triggers my game crashes.
Hi there, I've found the issue. It appears that the save file you're using now was created from version 0.3.0 or earlier, which is right before the significant game code update.
The simple solution for this is to start a new game. Or if you're too lazy to do that, I'm currently working on a hotfix and will share it soon along with a new save file that progresses up to the latest update

I'm curious—and I'm being sincere here, not sarcastic or anything like that—, how do those games with real porn survive on Patreon (and even SubscribeStar, I guess) if, as far as I know, Patreon doesn't allow real porn even from their own creators? Do they just don't post anything about the game there? How do people discover those games (apart from here)? Do they ever get banned one day?
