You can find her again in the other part of town in the evening in the alleyway you follow her into before. Just click on the purple arrow in the evening and then click on the alleyway and she'll be standing there.

that is what im saying the arrow doesn't work, it just say " looks like this leads to another area, but im not ready to go there yet."

All I can say is returning to a previous save back to when you first meet the student council president and Ally and then hopefully that can fix it. Also, I don't know if it'll help that much, but I'm currently working on a video walkthrough of Act 2 which will be dropping when Version 1.6 comes out so if things seem weird, hopefully that walkthrough will help.

And for those of us who played the VN version and not the sandbox, how can we watch the beach special?

While you normally have to get to the events section in the sand box, once the public release happens, you can also access both the beach special and Christmas special by joining the Patreon as either a free or paid member and downloading the Patreon release of said specials. As long as you joined, you can search up any of the specials and you can download the VN version of the event. Just be aware that only the MEGA downloads work. Not the Mediafire ones anymore.

Some of the side characters are not in the tip the Dalia and the girl in the gym.
PS. when talking to Dalia it sometime switches with the nun.

The girl in the gym is weird since I thought I added her, but Dalia hasn't been added to the hint menu yet so it makes sense you didn't see here. As for the nun thing...I'll need to check on this myself becuase that's just weird.
And since i'm here, Imma drop some of my criticism as someone who actively looks for updates to this game
- Way to much quantity over quality. There's a bunch of girls, and i connected with the science lady and maybe her priest sister (bad sign that I don't remember any of the names). Look at the games that actually have success with Koi: Lustful Sin, Corrupted Kingdoms, Changr, Dimension 69, all of them are *quality over quantity*. Don't just drop a whole bunch of sex scenes each update, give 1-2 characters a quest and then focus on them, preferably not just using Koi's preconfigured sex motions (look for scenes/animations from other people at Bepis damnit)
*This is renpy, each girl has 1 chance to make an impression, if your character doesn't hook the mfs in their first scene, people (me really) WILL just skip all the fucking dialogue*
- Bad Presentation: The UI is very bland without any styling, main menu card is super bland, way too templated face with little variety (like dude, just get some cards from bepis and switch some things around, instant improvement). But worse of all is the lighting and the cinematography. Go look at the Koikatsu Discord for some scenes to get some good lighting going, and see Lustful Sin's and Dimension 69 sex scenes for better camera angles.
For the UI, look at Changr for example. The Koi part is just mostly basic (default sex animations, mostly default faces/characters), but the UI, the gimmick, and the cinematography hard carry the thing. Even though it hasn't had a real update in months people still talk on their itch and Discord because it has *good presentation*.
- This is more a suggestion, but more fun encounters would be great. Give me some different outfits, creative scenarios, hidden sex, threesomes (I know they are a bit hard on Koi, more a suggestion), other forms of mind control, play around a bit.
Thank you for the game, I like it, but you are leaving a lot of easy/"do it once and never touch it again" stuff on the table. It can easily shoot out to a real 7 or 8/10 just with a bit of these adjustments (for comparison, Corrupted Kingdoms is the 10/10 gold standard in my book).

Today I'm happy to announce the release of the Act 1 Revamp of Doing Things My Way. A much needed upgrade to make the games opening Act a far more enjoyable experience. So what sorts of upgrades are we talking? Well here's a list
-Cleaner Visuals for both scene imagery as well as erotic scenes making them look far less crunchy then they did before
-New variations of erotic scenes that improve on the originals making them look better
-A new progress system so that you no longer have to jump around places in order to progress (now you just need to enthrall Saki, Fonia, and Laila and the story (excluding the first convenience store visit) will progress on it's own from there) which will make playing through Act 1 a heck of a lot easier
-A bug where the Act 3 label doesn't appear when going to stats has been fixed for people who are about to start Act 3. And for those who are too far already, a patch will be released at a later date
-Dialogue improvements which cut out unnecessary conversations or help add more content to scenes have to been to make situations easier to understand.
Thank you everyone for supporting Doing Things My Way and I look forward to working on Version 1.7 next which I promise will push this story to heights it's never gone to before!

Act 1's Revamp is just something to make Act 1 a lot easier to play through since it could get complicated at times so while that's all there is too it, it kinda has new content in the form of some old scenes have either cleaner visuals, or the original scenes looked weird, so I replaced them with new types of animations (such as the double bj was on the ground before but now the MC is sitting down changing the animation up a bit) but with all that said, there isn't anything new in terms of never seen before content since Version 1.7 is coming out in a few weeks which is where most of my focus has been. But if you wanna experience more work by me while you wait, I'd recommend checking out either of the demo's for my other games like The Tale of a True Gacha King as well as Saimin App Overlord. The latter of which will actually be receiving it's official release in November.

Don't know how the revamp of act 1 is yet but I do want to say that I forgot to say last time is I think Chiya was forgiven too easily and she get let off too easy. It was pretty unsatisfying.
