I've read a lot of back on forth on which version is best (free version vs the paid version). Since I only trust the words of my fellow coom brothers, what's your verdict for a first time player, the old free version or this plus one?

Plus version has some QoL stuff as you would know, the original free version required you to mess with the game/steam files... the plus basically add into the game itself so its less tedious...

I was wondering how they had implemented that in the Switch and this answers the question. I think it was a pretty clever idea that you need to actually break the game in order to beat it.. Hopefully, not much is missing with that change.
