Is there anyway to cheats for getting more money and bonus exp?
Easy mode gives a large sum of money and bonus. Other than that, you can gain extra bonus from completing tasks on Mao like burning all the houses on chap 4, or completing devlogs.

But I really enjoyed the update and the last chapter felt like something out of thracia with all the teleportation nonsense, I'll probably make another tierlist sometime later.

Something that's worked for me is transferring the environment file from previous versions. It may overwrite the things you unlocked this go around so heads up on that

Tested it out, looks like it does work, I'll include that in the installation tab, thanks durnt

But I really enjoyed the update and the last chapter felt like something out of thracia with all the teleportation nonsense, I'll probably make another tierlist sometime later.
Looking forward to it! It helps me when considering future unit development.


Speaking of which, I'm setting up a poll for favorite character so far, strictly writing/look wise, not performance. I'm more of a game maker as opposed to writer, so this will help me see which units need that extra bit of shine.

Time to make another updated tierlist for this update
Updated Ratings:

Eclair: paragon/10
Eclair was already pretty solid being a really fast mage that kill alot of things. Now with paragon, one of the best abilities in most srpgs, she can grow like a weed and kill opponents even more reliably.

Xernia: 10/10: not much changed about her except she can now heal herself while healing others, still insanely strong

Reese: 9/10
Pros: Horse, bulky
cons: cans struggle to double
Reese is a very good unit because she has a horse in base so she can be very flexible because of the movement, her vantage+diet wrath skills can allow her to be really solid. Unfortunately that's a very risky strategy because she has to be under 25% health and she's also slow. Even without abusing her skills she's really tanky and overall a very solid unit.

Katrielle: 9/10
Pros: ignores terrain penalties, diet charisma, strong personal weapon
cons: bow user, slow?
Katrielle is a very solid unit she can kill a lot of annoying air units in this chapter and also just kill normal enemies with her insane bow. Unfortunately as a bow user she can struggle to counter attack. Also I don't know if mine got speed screwed but she can struggle to double opponent for me X(. Even if your Katrielle gets stat screwed she can always just be a support unit and chip enemies and give allies extra crit.
Note: her promotion gives her +4 speed so that can also just patch up her speed issue

TLDR: everyone in chapter 1 got very good buffs.

New units:
Jurissa 5/10
Pros:can create potions for free, flying promotion
cons: slow and frail
Jurissa is the 4th magic unit you get and she's pales in comparison to the competition. Saphy is a reliable support who can become a strong magical fighter, Eclair is a growing weed that is just an offensive menace, and Xernia is good without any investment. While all these traits seem very abysmal she has one very unique trait to her that the rest of the cast doesn't have. If she promotes she can fly. While flying is a very powerful thing to have, her stats are just not good to take advantage of it. Especially when other units also want to promote.

Fiebre 7/10
Pros: Fast, strong, berserk
cons: frail, contagius berserk to your own units
Fiebre is a solid unit but berserk can be annoying if one of your units get hit. One big issue is that if fiebre doesn't kill the enemy the enemy can just attack you and one of your units gets stuck with berserk. She might have more value if there was something like a restore stave but there isn't so far.

Paolla:8/10
Pros: exclusive brave weapon, strong, tanky
cons: slow
Paolla is a solid unit as she gains more defense during enemy phase and she also has a 1-2 range weapon. Even though there isn't alot for me to write about but she's just a reliable unit

Daphne:9/10
Pros: Strong, Fast, Horse promotion
cons: bow user, frail
Daphne is your 2nd bow user and at first you might think she's outclassed by katrielle because of her personal bow, but Daphne is actually equally as good in my opinion. Her base stats are just good and from my experience she has more strength and speed compared to katrielle. With a promotion this difference is more obvious and she also gains a horse, letting her to be at more places, causing her to be surprisingly flexible. Even though she's a bow unit shes very good.
Edit: Forgot to mention she can attack at one range, making her only weakness pretty much gone

Cervas:New/10
Pros: Tanky, Good personal weapon
Cons: slow?
Cervas seems really strong because her personal weapon is very unique because she can just debuff an enemy. And it's not a just an average debuff, the enemy basically becomes crippled. Even though you can only use her for one bonus chapter she a strong first impression.
That's my thoughts so far, good luck with the updates fez!

10% chance of success is too low especially when you have sent a unit in the wrong direction and in addition you will have to leave this unit several turns to hope to get the reward

so far ch.10 is the worst mission the cart to escort bothers you every other time and we tend to go to suicide more than anything else and the 2900 gold (3000-100) bonus obtainable is based on chance

on the other hand I really liked the rest of the missions, the last one with the teleports and the one where you have to recover the plants, it's super interesting with a nice strategic aspect

I think it's fair. The idea is that you should most likely catch the fish in under 10 tries, meaning at a minimum you net a helpful 2000 gold. The trade off for this is that you risk the carts getting damaged.

the problem is that leaving a 10-turn unit there is super disabling and you're not even sure you'll get the reward at the end.

If you go there, you're almost automatically a loser between the increased risk of losing a cart and the money you lose during the trials (if you don't have it at the end of the mission you easily lose 1000 gold) this bonus objective which is supposed to be a reward is not one in the end

without forgetting that the unit which is blocked there does not gain xp which can sometimes pose a problem for the future .Already going there takes +-2 turns plus the turns to return to combat you lose minimum 4 turns without gaining xp for this unit

I Agree with this issue,i myself only found it justifiable by cheesing the game and re-loading a save until it gave me the cash second try (i didn't save the first time because i didn't even know what it was) if i hadn't done that it would probably have made me had to retry the chapter a third time,the first time i didn't save scum and i lost because i used my archer for the house without knowing
