Is it just me, or do all the enemies get the zoomies (when you aggro them) in the new img fixed version? (like even on speed 1)

Something else I noticed, when using the bookshelf to relieve yourself of the too much cum effect, you get these bottles of cum, least there is a window saying so. I figured that was how we got the cum needed to give to the quartermaster succubus (biria or something like that?) for the get Suzanne stuff back quest, and the donate after stuff. But, when the bookshelf event happens, i see the notice, and then there is nothing extra in our inventory. I figured that was the quest since she hands you a bottle and does a wink wink thing. I used a cheat mod and added the "vial of cum" and that gave me new dialog options with her and items in my bag, which gave me new dialog to complete part of the quest (she goes and grabs a purple dildo, but journal entry says you still need to get more stuff). So I'm guessing either there is some other way we're suppose to do that (get the vials)? or there was a name change somewhere but the programming calls weren't changed/altered to suit the differences in names (just a humble guess).
Edit: Just turned in backpack from end of corridor. The purple dildo was never brought back up. Maybe something kind of left in but taken out?
Edit2: figured out what was causing the zoomies issue, and it wasn't anything with the game itself.

I had the same issue with all these. Also no sprite for the elder in the village who shows you around when you arrive.

Feedback for the start of the game: It is really easy to end up with nothing to do for a few days.
What I did:
When I got to unlocking new areas to visit I chose to unlock Scattered Castle and Obscure Mansion. I met the blue-haired girl and then had to wait for her to wake up. In the mansion I met Naomi, had sex with her, and... that's it, I haven't found anything else to do. I did give a Vial of Blood and a Bottle of Blood to the prisoner, then gave her a couple of books, but that's it. All enemies in the Infested Ruins were defeated and no other areas were accessible. So I ended up exhausting the training outside and the reading inside. Even after I got the message from the angel there was nothing to do there. So I had to wait until Suzana woke up in order to progress further.

it's all in the same map one of them is hiding behind a tree you neet to be small to get there and one of them is in the middle you can see his head
How do you collect vials of cum to give them to Bianca in exchange of your equipment? I have empty bottles, but every time I try to collect it in the bedroom, with heart options in the wardrobe, I don't get anything, and the number of empty bottles remains the same.

Just an FYI, as most you probably figured out the compressed version had invisible sprites in some cases. I have updated the main post to include the hotfix and fixed compressed version. Be sure to update your game to V5.01 as it makes important NPCs and objects finally visible. Sorry for the hassle but I was kind of caught off guard by that bug. Never knew that the converter software I use can straight up skip some files and not convert them. The hotfix also fixes not getting the vials of cum after masturbating in bedroom.
The puzzle solution is not randomized, I was thinking of doing that initally but decided not to.

What version are you using? V5.01 compressed, V5 either full size or compressed patched with a hotfix or just V5? I recommend redownloading V5.01 to see if the problem persists.I keep getting an error in fights with the new characters. Enter21 Day 34 a quests start that gets you to the forest, there you can go to the citadel aftersolving the puzzle, the secret boss is at the end of it. Be prepared, the citadel boss gauntlet is very hard.
