Oh shit, I was lying on the couch with my phone when I saw those links, but when I got my arse up and sat down at the computer they were ruined already
Because MrJet himself showed up right after (post deleted by now) and told us that an updated version with all the "TBD" done is in the process of being uploaded. So the "99% done to meet self-imposed Jan 31 deadline" version was removed.
Also, it's an absolute douchbag move to just leak dev's own links instead of reuploading the file somewhere else and share the reupload instead.

Well, that above isn't the full release, it has missing animations. He just uploaded the full release about 30 minutes to an hour ago.
