For everyone having trouble with bringing her to attention I find that it becomes impossible if you progress to far into the game. Your best bet is to get it right the very first time. Just restart and follow the guide on page 4. Sucks to restart but if you've gone to far you'll either have accept that you'll never get it or begin again.

So, I accidentally de-compile it by "arc_unpacker" CMD >
arc_unpacker --dec=microsoft/exe <File name>.exe
This is what ? I see in side ..
HTML5 Like with active script; All Parameter Declare in Japanese
and Save file 'gameenAusTrs_tyrano_data.sav' inside is HTML safe plant text
...
Maybe if I found out the logic point I will post here.

reload save and you should get the event message to ok.
