As usual this dev use an old version of Ren'py that don't support native full screen, you have to set your resize option to 100% (it can be found under resolution settings) or switch to 1920x1080.

yes, all his games can be modified, use this tool to scan the variables (use 2016 version).

Sure they're fast, but their game quality suffers for it. Not sure about you but I'd rather a slower updating game that I enjoy then a fast one that frustrates me. Games like this are like those "chocolate" bars that taste like cardboard compared to even mid quality games that would be like a cheap Hershey's bar.

I'm using a 4k monitor so that's why I know what you're talking, the problem is the upscaling so try to set it to 100% as I said earlier, the 1920x1080 res should avoid also this problem but maybe you're using a weird resolution screen, the game of course must be closed during this process and remember to enable into the settings the full screen option (try to switch the both).
The same problem will be with old AKAMAN games (and all the games that use this old version of ren'py)
