You mean the global/persistent file? This was on a brand new file; no save.
Actually it's the opposite of being a save issue, the bug isn't present if you use a save from before 3.9 but if you start a "new game" it makes the game unplayable"
It's probably worth noting this in any bug report to the Dev
Best to tag in the Dev betterzett
And Imperator753 attatching a txt file has to be better than copy/pasting the error log

Had the same error.
I downloaded version 3.7, started my new game with it, dropped a save in the hallway. No problems loading in 4.0 (so far).
I'm getting the xpos error (for the stamina bar), I threw a value into it and now I'm getting an error around urllib2? It can't just be me, right? Lol.

The new update does not accept saves from version 3.9 and gives an error. Before this, every update was normal. I just continued playing. Now what? Start over?! No thanks, I'm deleting it.
Hey, thanks for the advice. I downloaded 3.8 compressed (#2210 if anyone else needs) and created a save from that and it's working so far.
