first things first, a screenshot of the top of the error logs doesn't give much information (the most useful stuff is at the bottom), look at the bottom of the screen where it says "copy BBCode" and "Copy Markdown" clicking one of these will generate an error log in a txt file (I'm not sure if it makes much difference but I usually use the "copy Markdown"), if you attach this txt file to your bug report it's a lost easier to figure out what went wrong.

my advice was to start a new game not open another save file, my suspicion was that something changed in the core game in the time since you made your save that made it invalid. I know its tedious but the built in cheats help a lot with the grind (Press "j" to open the cheat menu in-case you were unaware). here one of my saves to see what your missing.
I've not heard of this specific bug, but this kind of stuff feels like "par for the course" with "WIP" game, there is a major bug that give the error "Stack overload" that crashes the game (can't ignore) (I think the inventory system struggles with the amount you can collect), seems reasonable to me that losing your recipes might have been a byproduct of the Dev trying to fix this.
Not sure what issues are causing your delima but I have not had anything like that happen with any update for this game including update 7. All play well and no startup or opening issues. In fact. I have never had a "Traceback" happen with this game. Only issues I have ever had was overlapping text on the save screen and clicking on one activating the selection I thought was behind the one I intended to use. None of these has been a real issue to me and not prevented game play. Maybe you have an issue in the software of your PC? That is usually the traceable cause of programs not running properly or lagging, etc. Good luck.
