i5 11400h with Intel UHD can barely run it at 20FPS, when i try to run it with my egpu i got around 80FPS with 70% utilization

Sorry I don't really know much, but is egpu a pc thing? Because I have been wondering if there's anything I can do to my laptop that could make the game run with higher FPS.
