Has there been an update or something that could justify such behavior change? Maybe you installed a new asset recently that pissed in the pool. It happened to me once when a new male model corrupted all my base :/

Not that I'm aware of. I had to manually install the Renderotica product originally, so I don't think it's configured to auto update (though who the fuck knows). And the only thing I added this week was a T-Shirt.

But I've just gone through and loaded up every character and all of the sudden the New Gens for V7 isn't working properly.

Historically what it's done on load, is it creates a material using the materials of the figure. Then it hides the portion of the mesh where the vagina is and blends in with the figure.

What's happening now on load is the material doesn't upgrade and the mesh isn't getting hidden. So it's overlapping and is all fucked up. I"ll take a screen cap to demonstrate. If I get some time later I'll even record a video of the behavior.

It's so goddamned aggravating. I get little enough time to work on renders and it seems like every two months something in Daz goes fucky and it just wastes my fucking time.

I would but it seems like every six weeks something goes wrong with the software. It's got all these "helpful" scripts that do shit that I don't want or need it to do and when they break, I have to waste two or three days sorting it.

It's the jankiest piece of shit out there. Today is the first day I've had to sit and work on the art for the game, and I'm getting hamstrung because of Daz's proclivity for fucking things up.

It's just frustrating as hell.

But at least I figured out what's wrong with the Daz pussies, and I have to say, it's really fucking stupid.

Earlier this morning I was screwing around with DForce and Deformers trying to squeeze Emily's giant tits into a shirt (DForce and the Deformer are also shit tools and I eventually gave up.)

Anyway, at that time I had the "Weight Paint" tool selected. It was still selected when I started doing my test renders. Apparently when this tool is selected it causes all the meshes to be visible which not only fucked with how it looked, but fucked with the coloration as well.

Why having that tool selected during a render process should change anything is a stupid fucking mystery and makes no sense to me. But when I selected the pose tool, everything once more appeared as it should.

Thankfully I only had to waste 2.5 hours solving this mystery and not two days like the last time when Roger's amazing technicolor cock started changing hues...


....I hate Daz.

I create my characters, save their presets and their textures. Everything works good. Then one day, BAM, for no reason, it doesn't.

My first thought would be that it is related to the shells, they can conflict with other things. I am not sure which genital that is, but with Golden Palace, there will be a shell added, click on that, go to parameters, and in the shell option, you want to turn off the ones that are affecting other parts.

In this case it seems like something is messing with the genital shell, so it might be something else that is affecting it.

...I assume you have tried reapplying the matts?

The pregnancy system is something that has gone through a few revisions, but I've finally got a mechanic that I"m happy with.

The way it works, every time you cum in a lover (does not include the butt!), there is a random chance they get pregnant.

I'm actually in the process of trying to find someone I can pay to do this port. It's proving to be very time consuming only because I'm not well versed in Renpy/Android/Python conversion. Every time I run into a problem I spend thirty or forty minutes trying to hunt a solution.

I've got ads out and I'm about to put out a few more to see if I can find someone who wants to convert the game and all it's features to Android for a flat sum. I just don't want the Android version to be a cheap version of the full game. So I need to get someone who really knows what their doing with Android and can convert the assets and menus appropriately.

I'm waiting to hear back from a couple of people, but in the meantime, I'm going to keep hunting till I find someone who agrees. I'm thinking the right person can do in a week what is taking me months to figure out.

Fit control is what I use as well. But sometimes even with large breasts the results are lacking. I need to explore Mesh grabber next. I've been hearing good things about it.

Though no matter how good it is, it won't stop Daz from sucking.
