A way to adjust their birth control settings in universe (and not a toggle on a character sheet) would be great; if somewhat tricky aspect to write into the game I imagine.

1.0 does not signify a complete game. Each author has their own versioning process. This game is very much a work-in-progress. It's a good one, but it has a long way to go before completion. (which is a good thing, considering how good the content has been so far)

I create my characters, save their presets and their textures. Everything works good. Then one day, BAM, for no reason, it doesn't.
I've now got an issue with the wife's vagina (which has worked perfectly in the past and was saved as a preset) suddenly loading up a different color. There's no reason for it. Nothing has changed. It's the same preset I've always used. But Daz is like, what the fuck, I want to change the color the pussy, why, because fuck you Mr. User, my background algorithms do whatever they fucking want.
So excited to waste a fucking day figuring out why shit suddenly broke.

Has there been an update or something that could justify such behavior change? Maybe you installed a new asset recently that pissed in the pool. Not that I'm aware of. I had to manually install the Renderotica product originally, so I don't think it's configured to auto update (though who the fuck knows). And the only thing I added this week was a T-Shirt.
But I've just gone through and loaded up every character and all of the sudden the New Gens for V7 isn't working properly.
Historically what it's done on load, is it creates a material using the materials of the figure. Then it hides the portion of the mesh where the vagina is and blends in with the figure.
What's happening now on load is the material doesn't upgrade and the mesh isn't getting hidden. So it's overlapping and is all fucked up. I"ll take a screen cap to demonstrate. If I get some time later I'll even record a video of the behavior.
It's so goddamned aggravating. I get little enough time to work on renders and it seems like every two months something in Daz goes fucky and it just wastes my fucking time.
I would but it seems like every six weeks something goes wrong with the software. It's got all these "helpful" scripts that do shit that I don't want or need it to do and when they break, I have to waste two or three days sorting it.
It's the jankiest piece of shit out there. Today is the first day I've had to sit and work on the art for the game, and I'm getting hamstrung because of Daz's proclivity for fucking things up.
It's just frustrating as hell.
