Oh you are playing the andriod version. It's much more complicated. On windows you would just put in the folder or right click install.

Actually, on Windows, you don't even have to install it to have it work in the game. I mean, it's better if you do, then you can use it in other things too, but as far as Ren'Py is concerned, it shouldn't matter.

That is a good question, it is hard to say. There will be other stories in this world, and she could be a part of that, and you never know, plans can change.

Everyone else is only interacted with in a more traditional dating sim or skeezy horndog sort of way (based on your choices).

Well, if it works like any other game of this type, it won't really appear until the end.
Even though you can already knock up many of the women in the game (so yes, it technically IS in the game), they will not show signs of pregnancy for some time, because ...you know, that is how pregnancy works.

That may turn out to be the case, but it's likely that early ramifications may impact storylines far earlier than when physical signs become evident ... and that could lead to all sorts of interesting twists on character subplots. The variety of pregnancies - co-worker, just-legal roommate, just-legal friends of roommate, etc. - with a married MC at the center of it all could throw a wrench into so many things.
